Refund policy

If something isn’t quite right, our return process is designed to be simple, clear, and stress-free.

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all packaging included. We never charge restocking fees — what you see is what you get.

How to start a return:
Just email us at support@riverstone-wear.com with your order number. Our team will guide you through each step. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we always recommend choosing a trackable shipping method to ensure your package reaches us safely.

Exchange in 4 simple steps (for defective products)

Step 1: Send an email to the store support email and attach photos or a short video of the defective product. Briefly describe the issue.

Step 2: Our team validates the product after reviewing the photos/videos.

Step 3: Upon successful validation, our team will send a free replacement product.

Step 4: Our customer service team will provide the tracking information for the replacement shipment so the customer can track the delivery status.
